The highest governing body of the college is the Board, which approves the development strategy and oversees operations. Day-to-day management is carried out by the Director together with the academic, administrative and financial units.
The educational process is organized by the four professional departments — Painting, Sculpture, Design and Decorative-Applied Art — together with the chair of general subjects. The college also runs a library, an exhibition gallery and teaching studios.
